Jessica and Matty were commissioned as a mix of UK/Australian designs for two British siblings who married two Australians. The fabric was specially designed so that each bear body part reflected parts of the Union Jack and Australian flag.

Unity - an American gift
Unity was a special gift for an American family to celebrate the marriage of their daughter to an Englishman. He is made from specially designed heavy duty velvet, with Union Jacks and the American flag printed in various sizes to accommodate the different pattern pieces and each piece has been seam matched on the bear.
His name Unity means 'Oneness'.
Hares made for Claire
I was asked to make two hares in memory of a loved one. The inner ears, paws and feet pads are made using personal items of clothing. Claire's mum loved hares and always accessorised her outfits with a scarf so each hare also has a matching scarf to complete the look. The hares were made for Claire and her sister on the first anniversary of their mums passing and it was very emotional handing them over to Claire.
Renee made for Kim
A special bear named Renee commissioned for a special birthday girl. I really enjoyed making this bear and working with Kim to fulfil her requirements so her little girl had everything she wished for. The name Renee has a special meaning for Kim and her family.

Lottie Bear made for Jo
"I decided (rather late on) that a bear for my mum for mother's day would be the perfect present for her first year as a grandma to my little girl. She collects traditional type bears. I tasked Wendy with less than a weeks notice to make a bear that encapsulated some of my little one's features - cheeky face, unruly hair etc. Wendy was amazingly patient when I was very indecisive, exchanging late night messages and sending me emails with photos of fur choices and advice. The end result was our little Lottie bear and I think she has captured my little Lottie's expression beautifully. Mum was totally thrilled and now has a special keepsake to remember her first mother's day as a grandma which can one day be handed down to me, then Lottie and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Wendy if you're thinking of having a bear made or have seen one you like on her website. She made my Lottie bear in under a week and even delivered her to me (40 minute round trip) so I'd have her for mother's day. ❤️"
